What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information between requests, such as your preferences or whether you have already seen a notice. Similar technologies, including local storage, serve comparable purposes. Cookies do not by themselves identify you by name.

In practice, a cookie usually holds a short value and an expiry. When you load a page, your browser sends that value back to the server so the site can respond consistently — for example, keeping a form field from being cleared when you move to the next page. A cookie set by hormonestrength.id only applies to this domain.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for core functions, including protecting forms against abuse and maintaining basic session behavior. They cannot be switched off through the site interface because the site would not work correctly without them. Blocking them in your browser is possible, but the contact form and other interactive parts may stop responding properly.

Form protection

A token check rides along with each submission so automated scripts cannot flood the inbox. It expires when you finish or leave the form.

Session behavior

Keeps a short-lived session so a page reload does not lose your place in the reading rail or the state of an open section.

Site stability

Small markers help the server serve pages consistently. They carry no personal details and are not used to build a profile.

Analytics cookies

Where analytics are used, they help us understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. Data is used in aggregate and is not used to build a personal profile. If analytics are disabled or not deployed, no such cookies are set.

Aggregate reporting tells us, for example, whether the guides on training principles get more reading time than the equipment notes, and whether people reach the contact form at all. That is a page-level count, not a record of who you are.

Third-party cookies

Some embedded services, if present, may set their own cookies. We do not control those cookies and their use is governed by the respective provider's policies. Where third-party content is embedded, we aim to keep it limited to what the site needs to operate.

If a service is removed from the site, its cookie stops being set here. Read the provider's own policy for details on how it handles data once it loads on any page, including this one.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies, or delete existing ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site functions, including the contact form.

Block third-party cookies

Most browsers have a separate switch for cookies set by other domains. Turning it off stops embedded services from writing to your device while the rest of the site keeps working.

Block all cookies

This covers strictly necessary cookies too. Reading pages generally continues, but the contact form may not submit correctly and some preferences will reset on every visit.

Delete existing cookies

Clearing site data removes everything already stored. If a preference you set earlier reappears after a new visit, it came from a fresh cookie, not from an old copy.

Private or incognito windows

A private window keeps cookies only for the session and throws them away when you close it. Useful for a one-off visit when you would rather leave nothing behind.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy if the cookies used on the site change. The current version is always published on this page. Questions about cookies can be sent to [email protected], or by post to Jl. Braga No. 12, Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, 40111, Indonesia.

If a change is material — for example, a new category of cookie — the description above will be rewritten, not just re-dated, so this page continues to match what the site actually does.
